What’s even better than some beautiful snuggly newborn photos? Adding on a video! This captures the interaction of your family and those sweet, fleeting newborn moments so you can look back on them forever.
This family welcome their second son via a home birth- so how appropriate to also have their photos celebrating them in their home! The older son is the sweetest big brother- you can see how he was offering up his legos and I can just picture how they’ll be playing together soon! Their age gap is about the same as my own kids so I was both tearing up at the memories of my own newborn photos and how they felt so similar, and feeling excited for them at what lays ahead as they get older and how they’ll have so much fun together.
Something that a lot of clients mention to me before their newborn session is their worry about the light in their home. The thing to remember first of all is- this is a way of documenting your life how it is right now. I promise I can work with any level of light! We’ll discuss beforehand the spots available and how we can be use the light there, but any light is good light and we’ll use it to best show off your new family.
