In my quest to photograph as many parks/sanctuaries in MA as possible this summer, I was planning on going to the sanctuary in either Moose Hill or Marshville- but it rained most of the day. So when it let up for a while later in the day, I decided to go to the state park. It’s in Abington, but less than 10 minutes from us. It reminded me a lot of Gay City State Park as a kid- lots of woods around the lake, even the bridge looks similar.

Fiddlehead! They always remind me of Stephen King's The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon, now.

Someone IDed this for me but I didn't write it down and I forgot.
